Arsenal Vs Ludogorets Razgrad: Player Ratings
Arsenal pummelled Ludogorets Razgrad 6-0 on Wednesday night in a scintillating attacking display. Here are the player ratings.

DAVID OSPINA
GK, Arsenal FC8.0
Excellent once more in Europe. I’m still not overjoyed by the continual rotation between he and Petr Cech, but Ospina’s performances have been excellent and were once more on Wednesday. Made a few terrific saves, especially in the first half.

HECTOR BELLERIN
RB, Arsenal FC7.6
Looked dangerous going forward once more, but had little to do defensively. Is developing into a terrific player and his speedy partnership with Theo Walcott is somewhat exciting.

SHKODRAN MUSTAFI
CB, Arsenal FC7.0
Made a few mental errors in the first half with communication between he and Koscielny looking slack. Improved greatly in the second half and his distribution was good throughout also.

LAURENT KOSCIELNY
CB, Arsenal FC7.4
A truly sensational tackle to set up Ozil’s first, but was caught out of position at times. Still an excellent centre-half and only developing with Mustafi alongside him.

KIERAN GIBBS
LB, Arsenal FC6.8
Afforded the start in Monreal’s absence. Looked a tad rusty defensively with his positioning letting him down, but still boasts tremendous speed as provides width when pressing forward. Will be in competition with Monreal throughout the year.

SANTI CAZORLA
SUB, Arsenal FC7.4
Quieter day for the magic Spaniard. However, one wonderful ball for Ozil’s first goal displayed the best of his vision, creativity and technical ability. Subbed off early to be given some much-needed rest. Smart move by Wenger.

FRANCIS COQUELIN
SUB, Arsenal FC8.5
This was Coquelin’s best game so far this season. Was outstanding without the ball, won the ball back on numerous occasions and then distributed the ball simply, sensibly but effectively. Very nearly man of the match if not for the goals.

THEO WALCOTT
MID, Arsenal FC8.1
Terrffic goal in the closing stages of the first half. Looked vibrant throughout, though did miss a few opportunities – one in particular after excellent work from Coquelin. Causing a whole host of problems with his movement and is only growing in confidence. Another good performance.

ALEX OXLADE-CHAMBERLAIN
MID, Arsenal FC8.3
Scored to end the game right at the start of the second half and played an underrated role in Sanchez’s goal, turning and releasing the ball qucikly. Will certainly be a factor throughout the season.

MESUT OZIL
MID, Arsenal FC8.9
MAN OF THE MATCH His overall play was not at its majestic best, but three goals, the first of which was set up by an incredible first touch and the last of which was a ruthless left-footed volley. If Ozil continues to score, he will become one of the very best players in Europe.

ALEXIS SANCHEZ
ST, Arsenal FC8.8
Only scored one but was instrumental throughout. His movement is the best I have seen out of a Guners striker since Thierry Henry, his finishing is exquisite and he is learning when to drop off and when to stretch the field. Excellent performance.

MOHAMED ELNENY
ST, Arsenal FC7.3
Came on for Santi Cazorla early in the second half. Quiet but solid. His role will likely never be anyhting more than cover, but he is certainly a reliable option to have.

LUCAS PEREZ
SUB, Arsenal FC7.9
Looked very lively when he came on, particularly when Sanchez was taken off and he moved into a central role. Set up both of Ozil’s last two goals, displaying great pace, patience and vision. An exciting glimpse but needs more playing time. Difficult to give him that, though, thanks to Sanchez’s form.
ALEX IWOBI
SUB, Arsenal FC7.2
Came on for Alexis Sanchez when the game was over. Had very little impact on the game, but his starting role seems fairly secure for now.
