Midfielders
Partey (CM) 6.5 – He didn’t have his usual influence on the game but was serviceable, nonetheless.
Xhaka (CM) 6.0– Got involved in an incident with Trent Alexander-Arnold that gave Liverpool life, but didn’t have too much of an impact on the game—defended well.
Odegaard (CAM) 6.5 – The Gunners captain was on the outer today and didn’t have his usual impact on the game.

Liverpool were awarded a penalty after Rob Holding was adjudged to have fouled Diogo Jota in the box. Salah stepped up and fired his shot wide of the goal.

After dominating large spells, Liverpool grabbed an equalizer with just four minutes of normal time remaining as Roberto Firmino headed home a cross from Alexander-Arnold.

Arsenal saw out the remaining minutes as they held on for a deserved point and saw the lead at the summit to six points.

Goalkeeper and Defenders

Ramsdale (GK) 8.5 – Made several stops early on to allow the Gunners to keep their lead. Not at fault for either goal. Arsenal’s best as he kept Liverpool at bay. Man of the Match.

White (RB) 6.5 – Good outing from White as he got forward when he could and defended just as well.

Holding (CB) 7.0 – Coming in for the injured Saliba, Holding has been good and proved to be yet again at Anfield. Defended well, and the penalty against him was soft at best.

Gabriel (CB) 8.0 – The Brazilian was superb at the heart of the Gunners defense. He marshalled the defense well and put in timely blocks.

Zinchenko (LB) 6.5 – Solid game from the Ukrainian, but he was at fault for Liverpool’s equalizer. Otherwise, a decent enough game from the Gunners left back.

Forwards

Saka (RW) 6.5 – Saka, like some of his teammates, didn’t have his usual impact on the game and didn’t look too threatening, either.

Jesus (ST) 7.0 – “Rising” to score on Easter…it just had to happen, didn’t it? A decent display from Jesus as he battled as we know he can. He was withdrawn with 12 minutes to play.

Martinelli (LW) 7.0 – 7 goals in 8 games as the winger continued his fine form. He looked lively and energetic as usual, but faded as the game went on, but another good game from Martinelli.
